Career Summary

Since joining SEI in 2005, Mr. Valladares has gained experience working with new, existing, and historic structures.  He has been involved with site investigations, preparing commercial and residential building layouts, construction documents, and presentation design.  He has worked on structures which are constructed of stone, concrete, wood, steel, and historic brick masonry. 

While his primary focus has been drafting, and preparing construction documents for historic restorations and new structures, he has also been involved in the investigation of several structures.  These include historic county courthouse in New Braunfels, Texas, and numerous buildings along the Gulf coast damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

Prior to joining SEI, Mr. Valladares graduated with honors from ITT Technical Institute at Austin.
