Background

Sparks Engineering, Inc. is an engineering firm located near Austin, Texas, specializing in the evaluation and rehabilitation design of existing structures. The company was founded in 2000 by Patrick Sparks who serves as president.  Today, SEI is a leading provider of structural evaluation, design, and testing services.

Our approach is based on the fundamentals of sound engineering practice and a solution-oriented philosophy.   We bring efficiency to the project by giving credit to the existing structure and focusing on reuse and repair rather than replacement.
